SCKSEC provides Lewis School District #502 with one teacher and three para-educators. As a member of the co-op, Lewis also receives all the services necessary to have an effective special education program. The district receives access to a school psychologist, a speech therapist, and many more services which allow rural districts to have services that many larger school districts can provide due to larger population and a larger tax base.
